Healthcare and institutional work delivered inside running hospitals, and multifamily delivered on buildings we bought ourselves. Two very different kinds of pressure, and both of them useful to an owner.
An abandoned school, bought and converted into ten apartments. Our founder and his wife carried the risk themselves — the acquisition, the unknown conditions, the change of use, the lease-up.
It worked, and the same project controls used on a $4M hospital buildout turned out to apply to a building everyone else had passed on. Revival was founded that year.
Twelve projects totalling $63M. Nine were phased around active clinical operations — surgery, pediatrics, behavioral health and labor & delivery running while the work went on.
Delivered by our founder at Granger Construction, Lansing.
Five buildings taken from acquisition through renovation and lease-up, on properties we own outright. Ten residential renovations came before them.
Ask on the call. We will walk you through what went wrong on one of them and what it cost to fix — that is usually the more useful story.
