About

From the trench to the owner's side of the table.

Revival runs on the same project controls used on hospital renovations, applied to commercial and multifamily work in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

You work directly with Rob. No account manager, no handoff after the contract is signed.

Rob started in construction at fourteen with Hoffman Bros. Excavating. By sixteen he was on a pipe crew, and by eighteen he was working twelve-hour days in the trenches laying utilities. Those years are where the respect for the trades came from, and it has not worn off.

After Ferris State University, Rob joined Granger Construction as a Project Engineer. His first assignment was a $30M dormitory on a one-year schedule. He moved to Project Manager and ran three to four projects at once — operating rooms, pediatrics, behavioral health and clinical buildouts, most of it phased around units that never closed.

While managing those projects by day, he was buying and renovating real estate nights and weekends, and finished an MBA in Project Management at Cornerstone University along the way.

He and his wife then bought an abandoned school and converted it into a 10-unit apartment building — their own capital, their own risk. That project is why he left corporate construction and started Revival, applying the same project controls to commercial and multifamily work.

Since then he has completed several commercial renovations and more than ten residential projects. The focus now is commercial and multifamily work, delivered subcontractor-driven and CM-led.

Most of the work happens before the crews show up. Scopes written so nothing falls between trades, durations built on how the work actually installs, and schedule or budget problems raised while they are still cheap to fix.

Rob builds projects like an owner, manages them like a professional CM, and understands them like someone who's worked every level of the job.

How We Operate

Three commitments you can hold us to.

01

Radical Transparency

You get the real number, the real date and the real problem the first time we know about it. Bad news you hear early is still a decision. Bad news you hear late is a change order.

02

Composed Grit

Revival was built by someone who came up in the trenches laying utilities, so the hard part doesn't scare us. But grit isn't just endurance — it's staying level when a job goes sideways. You don't need a CM who panics with you. You need one that has seen it before and can tell you calmly what it costs.

03

Proactive Alignment

Owners, architects and trades all want the same building. Most conflict comes from finding out too late that they each pictured it differently. We get people in the same room before the work starts, not after it's installed wrong.

Worth a conversation?

Thirty minutes, your project, a straight answer on whether we are the right fit.
