- 01 You walk us through the project — scope, site, timeline and the number you are working against.
- 02 We give you a straight read on whether the budget matches the scope, and name the two or three risks most likely to move your schedule.
- 03 We tell you whether we are the right fit, which service actually applies, and what it would cost — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Worth being honest about fit.
A call that ends in "we are not your firm" is still a good call. Here is how to tell before you spend the thirty minutes.
Good fit
- You own or are developing a $250K–$10M commercial, healthcare or multifamily project
- The building has to keep running while the work happens
- You want the trades bought openly and managed professionally, without a GC's markup on every line
- You already have a contractor and want someone independent checking their schedule, pay apps and change orders
- You are early enough that a hard look at the budget could still change the plan
Probably not
- Single-family remodels and owner-occupied home projects
- Projects under roughly $250K — the fee structure will not make sense for either of us
- Owners who want one lump-sum number and no visibility into what is underneath it
- Work outside Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
